3 1/2 inch gauge Liverpool & Manchester "Lion"
This loco is now understood to be in Canada
A well-made model of the Liverpool & Manchester Railway's "Lion" to LBSC's "Titfield Thunderbolt" design.
Completed in 1985, the engine has a professionally-built silver-soldered copper boiler by Alec Farmer. Twin inside cylinders with slide valves actuated by loose eccentric Gab gear, reversed from the footplate.
